Great Expectations feature large variegated leaves with ruffled edges.  The centers are creamy white to bright yellow green with blue-green edges.

A mounding perennial that grows to about 18-36" with a spread of 2-3 feet, depending upon conditions.  Perennial in Zones 3 to 8.

Grows easily in well-ddrained soils in part to full shade.  Thrives best in partial shade with some morning or dappled sun.

Once established, it has some tolerance for dry shade, but the soil should never be allowed to dry out completely.
