Regularly priced items and most sale items go towards your loyalty.  Clearance items usually do not.  You also do not receive loyalty on gift card purchases, nor on any portion of a sale that is paid for using your loyalty points.  Returns will remove  loyalty rewards earned from the initial sale.

At this time, loyalty can only be redeemed in-store, not online.
