Native to Madagascar, hypoestes, also known as the Polka Dot Plant, is a small colorful foliage plant.

The soft downy leaves are covered in spots and splashes of red, pink or white

Outdoors, can grow quite tall.

Often kept as a houseplant, it will need to be trimmed or pinched back to avoid it getting leggy.

Great by itself or as a companion annual in containers and dish gardens.
