Sometimes called honey melon sage and tangerine sage, this herb is native to Central America, particularly Mexico And Guatemala. It is now cultivated throughout the world.
A member of the mint family, it self-pollinates.
Attracts hummingbirds, bees and butterflies to the garden. Dried, it can be used to make tea, or as an addition to lemonade.
Starter plant in a 4" pot.
