Particularly good for pickling because of early and abundant seed production, 'Bouquet's' foliage is also delicious sprinkled on potatoes, tomatoes, salmon, spinach, cucumbers, and lamb chops. 

Very aromatic. Dill is an important host plant for caterpillars of swallowtail butterflies.
