The first sprouts in our UCP Seguin Grown program of organically grown edibles are starting to show their tiny little leaves to the light.
It's always an exciting experience to watch seeds turn into sprouts and turn into full-grown plants, an experience those of us who work here get to see all the time, especially as spring approaches.
Stop in and see the little sprouts for yourself. It can only mean that spring and warmer weather is right around the corner!
