When you place an online order and choose Store Pickup at checkout, you will be directed to choose a date and time for pickup. Although we are flexible with pickup times, this helps us make sure orders are ready in a timely manner, while also allowing employees to follow safe practices in assembling your order.
Pickups are made in the parking lot of our Cicero store, in spaces marked for Curbside Pickup. Your order will either be ready at that space for you to load into your vehicle, or an employee will come load it into your vehicle into an open trunk or door. You are also welcome to come into the store and we will get it for you.
If your zip code is within our delivery area, and you choose local delivery, you will be asked to choose a date prior to checkout. Deliveries are generally made between the hours of 10am and 3pm on the designated days, and you will be contacted prior to the delivery to determine a smaller window of time. All deliveries are contact-less drop offs on your front steps or front porch. Employees are not allowed to bring deliveries into your home, or take them to other locations, such as your backyard. For proper social distancing, please remain in your home until after the delivery is dropped off and the delivery driver has returned to their vehicle. In cold weather, when we are delivering items such as plants, we will ring your doorbell and hand it to you in person.
We thank you for your understanding, and greatly appreciate your support of Seguin Gardens & Gifts and UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago.--The Team at Seguin Gardens & Gifts

Reopening the store to the public is something we are working towards, and thinking a lot about.
Unfortunately, due to many factors, it is far more complicated than just opening our doors. In addition to making sure we have procedures in place to keep both staff and customers safe, the physical layout of the store is being altered to allow proper distancing to maintain safety.

Micro- and baby greens are tiny, tender, flavorful seedlings of vegetables and/or herbs. Microgreens may be harvested for their youngest leaves, while baby greens are harvested at 2"–4". Both pack a big punch when it comes to nutrients. Studies show they can be up to 40 times richer in vital nutrients than their mature counterparts.
Microgreens and baby greens are not just for chef-inspired plates anymore—these nutrient powerhouses can grow right on your windowsill.
